From a leather making family and with 20 years in ECCO, Panos is the driving force behind ECCO Leather. His passion for leather and his technical knowledge is pushing leather craft into the modern age. He leads ECCO Leather with a dynamic, progressive and inspiring touch.

With 17 years in leather and from a family of tanners and shoemakers, Gerson brings a passion for new product development to ECCO leather. Having led product development in Asia and having previously worked for shoe and leather brands in brazil, Gerson leads teams to constantly innovative with speed, accuracy, structure and reliability.

Educated as an Industrial Designer at Design Academy, Anke combines a creative hands-on approach with a personal interest for shoes, leathergoods and fashion. She continous to evolve her strengths into the full process, from concept to leather completion, Anke is always safe guarding the values of ECCO Leather and its progressive nature.

Anne is a fashion designer with 12 years of experience. After graduating from Central Saint Martins (London) Anne has worked for Versace, Markus Lupfer, Temperley London and trend site WGSN. With her eye for the final look and colours of all articles, Anne ensures a coherent collection up to the ECCO leather character standard.
